Very rare “REAL” 1970 Dodge Challenger RT, highly optioned, special order car
This is a partially disassembled project car which will require total restoration
One of 2,570, big block 383, 4 speeds assembled in 1970
Even more rare with AC and stripe delete
Number’s matching except for the transmission
Big block 383, four barrel carb
Pistol grip, 4-speed, AC car
Bucket seats, rallye gauges, RT hood (no center console)
Originally built and assembled with a tan exterior and tan interior, stripe delete
Clear title, but I have no build sheet or documentation prior to my purchase
100% El Paso Texas car prior to my purchase
Two Texas owners prior to my purchase but I have never been able to locate or make contact with them
No rust except for the typical spots at the rear window lower corners and the right rear wheel well
Trunk pan has been replaced (tan)
Engine bay has been cleaned and painted (tan)
The drive train is disassembled
The engine has been professionally rebuilt to stock specs with a mild cam by Dan Cook in Jupiter Florida
AC compressor is rebuilt and restored
The correct Holly carb is rebuilt and professionally restored
The Hurst competition shifter has been rebuilt and professionally restored
Most of the front suspension is rebuilt and restored
Transmission is rebuilt but not restoration detailed
Hood, fenders, wheels and brakes are off the car, the car is on blocks
Interior is intact and untouched (seats and door panels are not original)
